    Just remember all Montana Air National Guard F-106's had blue shag carpets on the floor. It's that cold in my old home state. Anyone know what markings were on Joel Ruud's F-106 that went down in Dillon during the Labor Day Parade? Or the Cornfield Bomber's? Daryl J.

    In defense of Airfix, this unexpected release will be purchased. And not just one. And given the responses above, I may have to put one in US Army markings and name it Chubba, the Thick Skinned Pie Pig.

    Heh...Airfix couldn't pay a marketing company to pull off what's happening here for free. What I see as a pear shaped, middle aged American in the Swift is a quirky aircraft, a product laden with character in a general market filled with awful franchised sameness.

    The Swift, Gnat, and Do-17 will abide in Ye Olde Homeplace should they be 1/48. And multiples of the Swift. Woody37, the Blenheim looked good. Very very good.
