  2. Im doing this kit too as a bit o lace and i too think the right colour is almost olive drab for internal colour but got flayex by a chap on scale model site about it im sticking to my guns and leaving it as is i have also usefd very thin wood veneer on mine bob
  3. Can any of the learned people here tell me what yellow is best for the tail of b17 a bit o lace it looks sort of lemony in pics also the green stripes on fin i seem to recall the old airfix one saying the chevrons on wings were very dark blue but dont know if thats right

  11. 1 avro Shackleton 1/48Th 1/72 and 1/32 scale 2 revell 1/32 scale lightnings all of them please[ blow lamp ones ] 3 revell 32nd scale mossie fb6 and same scale Lancaster Halifax and Stirling 4 airfix 24th scale lanc and typhoon and phantom fgr2 5 32nd scale phantom fgr2 6 72nd scale Beverley [blackburn ] 7superglue that sticks parts but not fingers 8 a non smelling plastic glue 9 a good sunderland kit in 72 48 or 32nd scale 10 but most of all i want all of the above soon thanks for looking bob
  12. putting it somewhere is the easy part it is going to be donated to a museum unless i bust it up anymore that is, the undercart is def a bit over engineered, know what you mean about car engines though gave them up when i was 16 found out that i was getting hurt too often with working on them, became a paint sprayer instead . bob ps nose picking digit has healed quite nicely now probably aided by all the cyno that stuck it to its next door neighbour when i was trying to create my own version of the forth road bridge known localy as mossie broken undercart and also trying to stop bleeding to death at the same time ,and mossie sitting on undercart for a few days now so might be ok.

  14. yes i use toe nail clippers but this time i put my hand in the box and discovered that being a silly billy the night before i had not put the scalpel away and it was sticking up in the corner of the box and inserted itself firmly into my nose picker
