  1. Some progress, got both wheels and hubs drilled last night. As mentioned in previous post most of the parts are now ready for primer. Also decided, that no more these microscale MC's for me, I have a nice stash of models from 1:9 - 1:6 so I'll stick to them.
  2. Hi ya all, I entered a group build in our Finnish forum with a Honda Dream 50 by Aoshima. Not lot to show here, but I will keep you informed as the build goes on. Started with stripping all the chrome & aluminum plating off. Then a LOT of cleaning and sanding and drilling. Will respoke the wheels with insect pins, so started to clean the hubs and drilled all holes... Got to the state where I can start to prime the parts...
  3. Really nice craftmanship! I have the Alfa Romeo Spider in the shelf and I already copied all the pictures of the first post, as these two cars share a lot. Thank you for sharing these. Waiting to see the final paint on! -Mika
  4. Really nice, especially the wiring and the cables!

  6. Hi, and some perfect Finnish there The magic trick with the photo is that I used software to be able to do image stacking... so the field of depth is more like watching the real thing!

  8. Brilliant work! I have the same kit in the shelf waiting a slot. -Mika

  11. My version of this iconic little wonder. Very popular here in Finland at the -80's. all chorme removed with Mr Muscle drain opener and then painted with alclad products. Engine, forks, exhaust and mud guards are all bolted with M1 to M1.4 bolts.
