  1. Eduard is to reissue Turbolet as a "retro edition" kit, so we cannot expect any improvements of the original Gavia molds. We can only hope for some new accessories (etches, brassin), however none have been announced afaik.
  2. The largest issue of this kit is the rear cockpit. The kit shares sprues with KP Spitfire PR.Mk. X, but cockpits of XI were NOT pressurized. As a result almost everything behind the pilot seat is wrong in this kit. There were no bulkhead. Instead there were the classical perforated frame (as clearly visible in the pics above). Also there we no extra oxygen cylinders, in fact the radio equipment was behind the seat instead, as it was moved there from the fuselage to make room for cameras. Also the headrest is missing in the kit, as well as the voltage regulator behind the headrest (also quite typical for Spitfires). I wonder why no reviews mentioned this. Fortunately it is not difficult to fix the issue - just replace the bulkhead with struts, scratch the mentioned details and the radio equipment. I have no pictures of this part, but you can probably get inspired by the set from Attack Squadron (http://www.attacksquadron.pl/en/2015/05/26/spitfire-pr-xi-172-scale-from-attack-squadron/)
