I am finally getting back to the Revell kit I began in Jan 2020, with the intention of also using blue rather than the OD. Dana's interpretation is VERY plausible, and I have come up with an explanation for the use of blue on these particular aircraft. More to come when I get her done. And if I like the way it looks on my Revell kit, I may just build the Tamiya one the same using Barracuda decals. I love your rendition, and it fits with my thinking as well, with a couple of small differences from my interpretation of the photos. Cheers Dave

Well, I received mine from China a few months back, and I expect many more have also acquired the kit since I acquired my very early production one, so, I'm going to come right out and say you are wrong. It may not be to your liking scale wise, but many others see it for what it is.. a damn good rendering of an iconic aircraft. And as has been stated, it fits well with 1:35th figures, equipment, and vehicles. cheers Dave
