I just picked up the CP Polikarpov R-1 from H at 16-50 vs. 14.99 or 13.49 for KP. I would not qualify this as a significant difference in price

Interesting how good these porfiles actually are - they depict the rear fuselages of Eurasia's F13s and W33s painted in green as opposed to red in most of Western depictions. For a civilan plane flying over difficult landscpe, green makes little sense...

if you talk about the KP ones, they are re-boxes of Sabrekits moulds - so probably the best

For me it is not clear enough - 5-59 could be RLM02 overall same as Legion Condor 8-2 (the trouble is, known photos of both are not done with the same type of film - likely orthochrome vs. metachrome). Post war, it is definitely 63/65 with a later transiton to three-tone camo.

I am not a big fan of Kora decals - they are very fragile an the print quality is not exceptional. For almost the same budget you can get am AML MG FF (AMLA72073) and a set of SBS decals for Finland (SBSD7209D) or Hungary (SBSD7222D)

I do not get it - if they spend so much time on the details, why cannot thyu get the correct spoked wheels, given they have the PE parts anyway

This is one of the few masterpiecies from the short-lived Revell Japan toolings. I won't be surprised if it turns out better than the ICM one... (definitely nicer than the MPM ones)

I would say a 3:2 mix of Tamiya x-14 and x-2 should get you pretty close
