  1. I assume you are talking about the 1/35th version. I have a spare set of the kit decals your welcome to. Just pm me your address. FYI Two Bobs is working on a set for the Pave Hawk. He hasn't said what scale it would be in, but I'm hoping for a 35th scale version. Sincerely, Crash
  2. My Flightpath Conversion Kit in 1/32 scale has everything in it to make a GR.4 or GR.4A. I think it even has those bumps for the pylons. Crash
  3. OK. I get lineys...but what is Thom's and Bombheads? Did the F3's ever get AMRAAM's or are they still using Skyflash? In operational use, do you fly with the smaller tanks or the Hindenburg Tanks? On another note, and not wanting to stir up any pots here, why didn't the US adopt the ASRAAM. Years ago I remember reading about joint development. We developed the AMRAAM and the Brits were to develop the ASRAAM for both of our countries. Now we have the AIM-9X. ASRAAM's look way cooler. Thanks, Crash Forgot to add, I started a "In Progress Build" here: http://forum.largescaleplanes.com/index.php?showtopic=21605 If your interested in taking a look, I would appreciate any constructive advice. On this side of the "pond" we don't see to many Tornado's. I fell in love with it when a German Tornado made an appearance at NAS JAX.
  4. I knew I had an Xtradecal sheet for the Tornado, and wouldn't you know it, it's the one with the F.3 on it! So, I find a few web references to F.3's carrying ALARMS now. Where do they carry them? I assume underwing. I've seen a few pics (not many) of F.3's with 4 underwing pylons, ala GR.1. Is this a standard RAF fit now? Also it seems most pics show the F.3's with the flaps and slats up when on the ground, correct? I do have a set of CAM flaps I could use if needed. Crash Most would say STUPID! Thanks Crash
  5. I found the Xtradecal sheet, but can't find any 1/32 decals for a F.3 from Model Alliance. Thanks, Crash
  6. Hello all, I am new to this forum, so I hope you will indulge me for a moment. I am converting a Revell GR.1 kit to a F.3. Everything but the cockpit I am doing myself. I am utterly astonished at the lack of F.3 references. I am leaning towards an Italian Tornado. I think these decals will be easier to cobble together. It looks like the Italians use the AIM-9 as apposed to the ASRAAM. Did they ever use the Skyflash or maybe AIM-120's? Any help would be greatly appreciated. Sincerely, Crash
