I’ve been making models on and off since the about the age of five, and now approaching entrenched retirement, I’ve taken it up again.. Well, it’s either model making or endless redecorating… Think I’ll stick with models.

I love anything that’s different and unusual, so my model making tastes have become fairly eclectic over the years, although I always seem to come back to aviation subjects after a while, as no doubt you will find out.

My tiresome sense of humour is quite pronounced, but never oversteps the mark and I’m a great believer in the old Laurel & Hardy adage that “a task slowly done, is surely done”, so it is with my model making and just about everything else..

My other fascinations are: garden wildlife, my garage/workshop, my not too ancient car, electrickery/electronics, humour in the face of adversity, 80's pop music (particularly Sandra), 1950's/60's science fiction films, anything German especially Schnitzel und Erdinger Weissbier, growing old disgracefully. (no danger of that on the forum though.)
