  1. From what I read, there will be a German marking option. Still wondering about any other decal options (if any!), and what the loadout will be. Apparently Germany "needed" the F-35 to deliver the B-61 nuclear weapon, which is not cleared for the Eurofigher. I fear the kit will be not better than the already existing ones. Alex
  2. Nice progress so far! 🙂 I did the same plane, but from Pavla years ago: https://www.modellversium.de/galerie/8-flugzeuge-modern/3850-gloster-g40-pioneer-pavla.html. Not as nice as yours, but I still like my canary bird! My lesson learned: airbrushing yellow is quite difficoult, it took me like 500 layers (or 500 more?) until I got the desired result. Priming is a must. Alex
  3. Nice kit! I once used the same trick for the Tamiya F-16 exhaust, it was just a blank plate. So I printed a picture of the "real" thing and glued it into it. Looks better than many expensive PE- and resin-parts! 😁 https://www.scalemates.com/profiles/mate.php?id=11437&p=albums&album=40254 Alex
  4. The prop was damaged for sure, in the video (after the distorted images), you can see that the four props doesn't look the same. One looks feathered, one bent, and the other two look ok. Alex
  5. Not sure, I never saw a reaper on flightradar. Only the Global Hawks (usually C/S "Forte") at >50'000ft. The video shows the destroyed prop blades at around 2:27, I assume they were trying to cover the sensors with fuel to hinder the recce mission. But something went a bit wrong with the flight path assessment. Since a Su-27 already hit the propeller of P-3 Orion a few years ago, I suggest Russia changes the materials of their airframes to less propeller-magnetic materials. They seem to attract the whirly parts! Alex
  6. Ah, watching carefully, as I am building the same kit! Mine will be a F1CR with the little prince and the battle axe on the other side. Alex
  7. Not sure if you still can fit the legs in. I attached them before I glued the fuselage together. Maybe you have to cut some tabs or similar in order to fit them in. Alex

MiG-29 with HARMs is a bit unexpected (and unusual...). Next year a Su-27 with Storm Shadows, who knows? Alex
  9. The Syhart sheets are excellent, good choice! I built myself Rafale B few years ago. The only point is the mask for the anti-skid parts on the intakes: I think Syhart did a better research than Hobby boss, so the panel lines and masks don't match. Either you rescribe the panels, or you cut the masks and position them according to the panel lines. I went for option 2. And about the colour, the grey changes heavily during service, so it's not easy go give a single answer. I took revel 75 light grey, and it looks ok to me. https://www.scalemates.com/profiles/mate.php?id=11437&p=projects&project=18577 Alex
  10. Welcome to the forum! Your english is good, so don't worry about that! Alex
  11. Apparently with a PE-fret and a book. Must check about size and quality, but yes, if you just want the model, it's a bit pricey... Alex
  12. Well, the intakes can be closed without many problems. I used the attack squadron replacement parts, they fit nicely. Alex
  13. From what I heard, the product development still happens in France. "Just" the headquarter is in Germany, but Glow2B is more management and sales than product development and manufacturing. Alex
  14. Good candiate for a tailsitter, especially with folded back wings... Alex
  15. There is a good selection of Su-25 at foxbot decals in different scales. https://foxbot.com.ua/products-e.html They even provide masks and stencils if needed. I think I saw some non-digital-camo-Su in action over the Ukraine. Alex
  16. Nice, but I think it's photoshopped. Thats the one and only picture of this aircraft I've ever seen. Not to mention all the traumatised children it will leave. Yeah, I'm fun at parties! 😁 Alex
  17. The bouncing is one thing, but the sudden nose-down-change looks more like a technical fault. Alex
  18. After some research, I agree, as the "pointy" fuses also exist on the dummy Mk82. I thought the fuse was only used on the GPS-guided version, but the distinctive strakes are missing. My mistake. http://thecombatworkshop.blogspot.com/2018/04/gbu-38-500-lb-jdam.html Alex
  19. Not a big fan of single-scheme boxings, especially when it's a special scheme. And no idea why revell added four AIM-7 instead of AIM-120. But it seems to be a nice kit, thanks for the review! By the way, I think the "dumb" bombs are actually GPS-guided GBU-38. Alex
  20. Wow, for the same price, you get a trumpeter MiG with all the bits and pieces needed for correction! I'm building that kit with attack squadrons intakes and eduards AA-11 (as only two included in the kit) Alex
  21. Nice, it looks a bit easier than Revells Scud (klick), as the cabin and frame are moulded as one part. Nice choice of schemes too. On the minus side, rubber tires. And it is 50% more expensive than Revells. Alex
  22. Don't we all love autocorrect? Nice progress! Alex
  23. hm, quite a bit... just from memory, subtype could be wrong Let's start with the airliners and commercial stuff: A220 (C-Series) A310 A320/319/321 A330 B737 B747 B757 B767 B777 Saab 340 Saab 2000 RJ-100/85 Twin Otter Cessna 441 (?) Challenger 601/604 Cessna Citation 2 (C550) Ju-52 MD87 Embraer 135 The smaller ones: C172 PA28 Socata Trinidad An-2 Piper Super Cub Robin 400 Grob Motorglider Beach Baron 55 Piper Seneca Rutan VeryEze The interesting (green) stuff: Pilatus PC-7 Pilatus PC-9 Pilatus PC-6T Turbo Porter Alouette III Super Puma/Cougar Mirage III DS Beech Super King Air 350 Hawk and B747 Simulator Highlights were the flight in the Mirage , a A319 flight as observer, when I could do the comms, the Ju-52-flight and everything else in the military. Not bad for a non-pilot-guy! Alex
  24. Are they strong enough to tow a main battle tank? I have an idea for a diorama... Alex
  25. Thanks, it looks like they really changed the layout and added more seats. Looks like the rear part has been lowered to add some cabin space, too. I was working on the Cougar in my military service, and we had a layout for 16 soldiers. They have a picture of the 19-pax-layout, I'm still wondering how they can put 28 people in that cabin: https://www.airbus.com/en/products-services/helicopters/civil-helicopters/h225/h225-technical-information Must be quite crowded then. Especially if you take soldiers with relevant equipment and weapons. ALex
