  1. I’m glad you found some useful books on that site. There are a bunch of the Profile books there too. The titles that people have entered in that database aren’t always reflective of the whole title of the book so sometimes you have to get a bit creative with the search terms and go 15-20 pages into the search results to find the book you’re looking for. But there are tons of books of related to aviation and modelling. I won’t say how many books I’ve downloaded myself … Good luck with your 1:1 scale work and am looking forward to when you get back to your 1:72 scale Stranny. 2. Mike, fantastic work. I have the Matchbox Stranraer and Walrus kits in my stash and hope to do a similar level of detailing for them. I came across this book on the Supermarine Walrus and Stranraer that has some great pictures as well as three view diagrams. It’s a PDF to download. I recently found the actual book on eBay and it just came in the mail. Hope this is of some value. Supermarine Walrus and Stranraer By the way, there are a ton of other aviation and modelling books on this same website. PDFdrive.com
  3. Thank you Tail-Dragon for this list of differences. If you come across any other differences, please let us know here. I see that ICM is coming out with a 1/32 DH-82C but there still isn’t an RCAF Tiger Moth in 1/48. The question is whether Airfix will come out with an RCAF version of their Tiger Moth at some point.
  4. Must be for our big mukluks for winter operation.
