  1. Does this kit have the wider intakes / engine bays intended for the Rolls Royce Spey, or does it have the normal intakes and rear fuselage made for the J79 with RAF decals?
  2. This phantom is at the Midlands Air Museum, Coventry. it is unclear which variant it is due to the state it is in, so does anybody know what type of phantom it is? I cannot find much online about this specific one.
  3. Thank you for the suggestion! I have begun conversion work on the lightning (with the exception of the belly, which would be far too difficult for me to convert). I am probably going to try printing decals for it, as that would be the easiest thing for me at the moment. Cheers
  4. I am currently building tamiya's 1/100 lightning. I am unsure if this is the correct place to put it, but i was wondering if there were decals for lightning XM135 in this scale.

    Hi all!

I was aware of britmodeller for a while, but I think now is the time for me to join. My main interests are big stuff - 1/32, 1/35 and 1/48 models (mainly ww2 era German/Soviet tanks & aircraft, especially the He-162).
  6. that looks amazing! the highlighting on the face is really good. far better than what I could achieve. keep up the good work
  7. Thank you all so much for the help! this will be very helpful. -Qtebakqsth
  8. So, i'm trying to build dioramas including both tanks and planes, but it is difficult to find aircraft in 1/35 scale. Since the models i will be using in a future diorama (flak 37, spitfire) will be about a foot apart, will the slight scale difference be a problem?
