  1. Hi, This is my second Eduard Wildcat attempt. OOB, with Mr Hobby paints. I faced an issue (because of me) when glueing front canopy, and another one with VMS satin varnish Maybe a little bit exaggerated withering. C&C are welcome
  2. I have used the new AK 3G (3rd Generation). I'm quite satisfy with those colours. I've read some comments about fragility of them, but I didn't experience any issue.
  3. Thanks for these explain. I will try to fix them
  4. Hi, Here is my 1/48 Tamiya Spitfire MkI. This kit is a joy to built, the fitting is just unbelievable. Built OOB. Saddly I used the Tamiya decals, and faced some silvering... C&C welcome
  5. Hi, Here is my last building Nice kit with minor issues. The fitting is quite good except for the wings. I used Fureball decals (really nice) I'm not really sure for the two external tanks, I saw just few pics with this configuration?!
  6. Those pencils are dry, and you've just to do some scratches where you want. After that you can fade the effect with a light wet paintbrush. If you're not satisfy with the result, you can completely remove it with a wet cloth and try again.
  7. You've made a damn good job too. I bought the resin deck section more than 20 years ago, but I don't remember where...
  8. There is no real problem if you remove them with care. The printing colour are still deep after "peel of"
  9. Hi, This is my last building. This is the brand new Eduard's Wildcat The surface detail is just awesome, and the fitting great. But in my opinion, the cockpit and the gear bay are over-engineered, especially the last one who is a tough part. I used Mr Hobby paints. Decals are from Eduard box and were "peel of" The weathering was made with AK weathering pencils (first time for me) Eventually a coat of satin VMS was applied C&C are welcome
  10. It was the second time that I used the new Eduard decals. The "peel off" can be a nightmare, with part of decals went off...Following my (little) expercience, you need to use a strong fit decals solution, to be sure that just the clear carrier film will be remove. Following this, the result is impressive, it's look like a thin paint instead of classic decals.
  11. Hi, Here is my last building. As usual with Tamiya, this kit is a real joy to build, and fitting is just perfect. I just added Eduard PE for cockpit, resin wheels, and the decals are coming from Kitsworld. C&C are welcome Regards
  12. Hi, This is my last attempt. As usual with Tamiya, any fit issue. Decoration is a mix of decals and personal paint masks (code, serial, tank) There is a mistake with the left badge, who isn't the good one. Regards
  13. Hi gents, Here my last building The well know Tamiya P-51B. Great fitting as usual. Paint scheme was made with Montex masks. And just add Eduard exhaust.
  14. Hi gents, Here we go with one more Tamiya Phantom... This is my attempt OOB except for the Eduard tail fin cap. I used Eduard decals and Tamiya ones for the numerous stencils Paints are Vallejo acrylics Regards
  15. Fabulous pictures! The Eagle tails are really nice. Thanks for sharing Bruno
  16. The DXM decals are great. In fact it's printed by Cartograf. The only issue in my opinion, is the smaller instruction sheet, and the unclear paint scheme (not a problem for this kind of classic aircraft).
  17. After painting the kit, I used abteilung 502 oils to lighten each panel. Regards
  18. Hi gents, This is my last attempt. I just bought this kit because of the Pakistan camo scheme. Not the easiest kit I've built, and I've not satisfy with the heavy weathering... C&C are welcome
  19. Hi folks, This is my last attempt, F-14D 1/48 from Tamiya. Straight from the box except for the Eduard ejection seats. This is really an easy building, even if numerous steps are sometimes tiring. The decals are coming from DXM, and the acrylic paints from Vallejo. Regards
  20. Hi, Here some pictures of my last model. This is the nice Eduard Profipack kit built OOB. There are some things I'm not really satisfied because of me...
