The model looks great. A question I have is does anybody know what the purpose of the "cheeks" with the smoke dischargers on either side of the turret are for by chance?

Hi all and thanks for letting me in. I am interested in military modeling of all types and also recognition of military equipment of all types. I believe modeling military equipment is one of the best ways at learning to identify such equipment. Anyway looking forward to learning and hoping that eventually I may be able to contribute something of worth. An old sailor, both navy and merchant marine and and also an old soldier.
