Thanks so much all! Those are certainly some good options for me to take a look at, and I'm happy that there is still hope for my project. I do find it a bit odd that none of the mainstream manufacturers make a kit for the M8, especially being one of the more produced US vehicles, but oh well, that's just how it is I suppose!

Hi All, I've been looking around for an M8 greyhound in 1:72 for a planned diorama and I've run into a bit of a problem - I can't find any kits for sale. I've tried emailing through to Italeri regarding their 7023 kit, however this is discontinued with no stock and no current plans to put this back in production. The only other option I can see is the SHQ Metal greyhound - however other than a shot of the packaging from eBay there's no information about this model available. Have any of you folks had experience with SHQ, and if so would the metal model done up fit well into a diorama of plastic models? Otherwise, are there any other options for models available, or am I out of luck in this regard? Many Thanks in advance

Hi all! I'm a relative beginner to modelling, and while I have some experience I've definitely got a long way to go! I'm mostly interested in 1:72 Air/Armour of any era and at the moment am working on a 1:72 Revell Sdkfz 234/2 Puma with a Me163 Komet in the post and an Airfix Jet Provost waiting to be started. I look forward to sharing some of my models in the future, and I hope we get on well!
