  1. Great work with just the right amount of weathering!
  2. Very nice build & the colors and weathering do look realistic! Compared to the fuselage, the markings could use some wear, too IMO.
  3. Very nice to see such a classic design in new clothes, and phenomenal modeling and painting work!
  4. I read your blog and this sound like a real labour of love. The result is stunning anyway, I love the sureface texture & the photography.
  5. I love the mean humpback silhouette of the MT, and you've done a killer job on the kit.
  6. Perfect execution with just the right amount of weathering & great choice of colors. What's your word on the kit, I think Hasegawa's molds of the base kit are ages old?
  7. Some mad aribrushing skills on display here. Thank you for sharing!
  8. Beautiful paintjob, and I love the scheme. Nice detail with the belt hanging to the side.
  9. Beautiful work on the challenging kit & the photography, great attention to detail. And you gotta love the Mirages.
  10. Is the Special Hobby kit the same as Tarangus? So congratulations on finishing the splinter scheme and nice work on the details like the dropped rudders and the brake lines!
  11. The movie/OVA is nothing to write home about IMO, but the mechanical design is a treasure trove of timeless cool stuff, mostly from the hands of Shoji Kawamori (Macross). Check out Hasegawa's new line of kits from the series, they're fun to build.
  12. Nice to see a big bird from you. The weathering is beautiful.
  13. The details and the finish are excellent, I would easily belive that this is a 1/48 scale kit.
  14. Very refreshing to see this bird in new colors. So is Academy's nose totally off or is it just the impression from the rare scheme?
  15. Looking back, 2022 turned out to be quite satisfying in the modeling area. First finished kit was Kinetic's excellent 1/48 Harrier GR3 in hovering mode: Then Wave's cool interpretation of the classic Tekkaman Blade design: Staying in the Anime realm, I build Hasegawa's Heavy Cruiser Cordoba from the Crusher Joe franchise: The latter half of the year was split between a figure & aircraft build. This is the "Iridium" cyborg: And finally, the Zvezda 1/48 Su-25 in Ukraine splinter camo: Thanks to all fellow modelers for the spirit & inspiration!
  16. A flawless build with perfectly balanced colors and I like the visible, but subtle level of weathering.
  17. Got my first Moderoid, the antagonist for my Orange Cat Industry's Tekkaman Blade, and a Syd Mead classic.
  18. Great execution of this well-made kit. I like the low contrast in the scheme.
  19. Amazing work, you could pass that for 1/48. Another great Fitter on the forum.
  20. A masterful portrait of a real dirty beauty! Can we pleeeease have some more pics?
  21. It's mainly the bubble windows that give the scale away, your build is flawless. Those rails must be hair-thin.
  22. Amazing weathering, and the cockpit is a diorama of it's own! Are these Reedoak pilots?
  23. That's very refreshing, you don't see that scheme too often. Great job on the execution & weathering. I still have to finish my HB Fitter, but I remember the assembly of the BBQ spear was pretty nerve-wrecking.
