Where did you get that from?? I've seen it on EBay but haven't trusted some of the sellers enough to put down that amount of money. The suppliers I would trust dont have it listed yet -

I thought the pilot entered from below . The whole seat assembly lifted up from underneath, rather like the Thunderbird 3 launch. Or am I mis-rembering ?? The Dinky toy was very good, though the wrong colour of course. I lost the missile very soon after playing with it -
Ah the infamous hairdryer spaceship I remember there was a how-to on building the modified Space Shuttle. In either an old Voyager magazine, or the book on making and modifying sci-and space models (which for the life of me I can't remember the name of, though I do recall some of the articles)

A B.I.G R.A.T ??? (I'll see myself out) There weren't 89 Joes, there were 89 WIN Secret Agents. Joe was the 90th Secret Agent based in London to join the agency

'Thunderbirds Are Go!' Aoshima/AiP 1/350
Aku replied to GazB's topic in Ready for Inspection - SF & RealSpace
I could see what you were trying to achieve, but it seemed a little off in the first picture. But then going through the others, yes, it definitely works much better from some angles then others. The top down view especially and from behind with the ground out of focus Nice! With a wider base, I could see this working well on the "Thunderbirds the Comic" from 1991/92. The run with the photographed models from Martin Bower- 24 replies

hummm Could you make a "The Uninvited" diorama. Where the Zombite fighter shoots Scott down You might be able to add in a Zombite fighter as well - though the scale may be off (nope, just checked, they do do a 1/144 104 Starfighter) http://www.tobor2.com/zombite/zombite.htm- 16 replies

Airfix Angel Interceptor (about 1/87) - completed

What's wrong with the little wings under the nose??? Do you think they are too big?? (updated). Ignore that. They're not in the box art and you've already shaved them off. I've never seen them before. Ok an image search showed me what you meant. -
cheers. That is very similar to what I bought, but looks a little more rugged

I too am looking for UK recommendations. I have seen both of those suggested by louiex2, but I'd rather cut shipping costs and get a UK version I've just ordered this and its arrived today, but it feels a little too cheap https://www.proopsbrothers.com/precision-mitre-sander-modelling-hobby-craft-woodworking-c6034-900-p.asp

I was able to keep the arms stable by having a piece of soft foam between the balls and the the box on the inside of the arms. Even if you have already glued the box on the inside, you could still work a piece behind the balls by going in from the front opening and pushing in using a flat blade screwdriver

I believe I still have the instructions somewhere, and I traced some of the parts like the "bands" that wraps around the shoulder. I should be able to scan those if needed. Will need a slight correction as I traced it, so it some plans will be a pencil width thicker And if it all goes wrong, you can always fall back to making one of the SEvans Exterminated models
