Very, very nice! One question, though — All photos I recall seeing had invasion stripes on the upper wing surfaces. Your’s doesn’t. What’s the story behind that?
Bill, you´re right, there is stripes but before this time herein presented, when they were removed and just those pictured in the fuselage remained.
Thank you all guys, each one of you!

Thanks for looking George, all the best!

Great looking Sea Fury. I think this is a wonderful kit to just enjoy a simple build. You have obviously made a wonderful looking rendition of a scheme of Korean Sea Fury I have not seen. Thanks for sharing.
My pleasure George,all the best!

Thanks. I used bare metal foil on my 1/72 airfix sea fury, dulled down with a thin layer f tamiya smoke it looks okay. In the bigger scale though perhasps more tamiya smoke might be necessary to avoid the sheet metal look?
Yes,or even very diluted black or gray.In this case, the plate is shiny in the pictures, except when the airplane has been much used...

Beautifully smooth and attractive finish really emphasises the classic lines of the Sea Fury.
Slick job!

Did you use bare metal foil for the exhaust plate, or paint?
Whofan,Vallejo Chome water-based.

Nice job, rescuing that from the 'junk heap'. As others have said, we do not often see the Spad in the Korean-era overall Dark Blue scheme.
Glad to see that I am not the only one with several kits 'on the go' at the same time either.
Great job, Well Done Sir !
That´s why I saw this opportunity of depicting a rare variant with the junkie.Yes,there are many to be finished...
Thanks Tiger!

Is that ten and counting? All are subjects I'd be interested in modelling too.
Tks WD,there are indeed more, around the table...
