  1. My first Phantom! I wanna share this project with you, the next pics shows my job on a FGR.2 Hasegawa 1/48 kit that i will convert in an FG1 Royal Navy Phantom. Working with the seats "Drilling" Intakes : Working with the Aires exhausts, i had to correct them, not a easy shot. Working with prepainted Eduard PE in the cockpit, great set. Looking nice Finally, fuselage closed and fuel tanks, it's all for now folks. Cheers

  13. Hi, not yet, just the FRS1 (from the FA2 fuselage), and now i've just started a GR3 project, with the "front" part of an GR3 kit and te fuselage of an FA2 (cuted too). Regards

Hi dergrunepunkt, About the wheels actually are "light gray", not white, is the efect of the pics, and yes, they need some weathering job, i would try to do so this weekend, thanks for the recomendation About the color: I taked this pictures with lamps light, at sunlight the color looks more clear, as in the real thing, the color seems to be different depending of the sunlight. I saw your SHARR, great job indeed, congrats. Wolf
  15. Yes, i have buyed actually 4 FA2 Kits, 3 of them destined to be 2 FRS1 and 1 GR3, and one FA2, so, as Bill says, i'll have some centre sections and "raised panel" fuselages in the stash box Thanks for your words Bill and great job your FRS1 too. Regards

  18. Thanks for your kindly words. About the nose, i have the FRS1 Kit from Airfix, a very good friend of mine cast the FRS1 Nose cone in resin for this project, in fact, he cast 2 noses, i have another waiting for the another FRS1 project Regards
  19. Yeah! In fact, i have 3 FA2 kits still available, 1 of them will be a "mud mover" Harrier GR3 Falklands war, another will be Another Falklands Sea Harrier FRS1 and the last one a Sea Harrier FA2 at retirement, i like so much the Sea Harriers and Harriers. Regards.

Sea Harrier FRS.1 Falklands War 1982 I would like to show you my last job, it's an 1/48th scale Airfix Sea Harrier, FRS1 801NAS, HMS Invencible, Falklands War, converted from an Airfix FA2 kit, i cut the original fuselage and added an FRS1 resin nose (copied from an FRS1 Airfix Kit), i added also fuel jettison pipes and Airflow fuselage Sensor; Decals are the excellent Xtradecals Falklands War of Sea Harriers and Harriers GR3; i hope you like it. Painted with Vallejo Acrylics. (water thinned) Regards
