Hi all. I have built the box standard S2B cockpit from the new 1/72 Airfix buccaneer kit. I’m a bit disappointed with how it turned out. Could I use the CMK 1/72 Cockpit set instead? This cockpit is S2c but are there much differences between the S2c cockpit and the S2b cockpit? Any help/advice appreciated. Thanks

Hello all. Not sure if this is in the correct area of the forum, apologies if not. I am currently getting back into modelling and have started with the 1/72 Airfix Buccaneer (Gulf War) however I will be doing it in the wraparound Green/grey scheme. I have Xtradecals and the guidance is to use BS381C:638 (Dark Sea Grey) & BS381C:241 (Dark Green). What paint brand would you recommend for this that works well with an airbrush? I have looked at Vallejo and interested by them but AK interactive do a set with them in. Are they any good? I have never airbrushed a model before.

I have one of these compressors I acquired secondhand. Barely used. 1, Does anyone have a manual they could send me pictures of if possible? 2, How do I set this up as a beginner? It is all assembled and doesn’t leak but what is a good starting point to set the pressure regulator at as a newbie to this? I have a Badger Xtreme Patriot 105 with it. Thanks for all advice

Hello all. I have a Badger Patriot Aorbrush that I have purchased used. What do I need to do to get it all set up and clean ready for use? I have some airbrush cleaner and would like to learn airbrushing.

Hello everyone, Although a long term member I have been lurking in the background a bit but feel as this build is extremely sentimental to me I thought I would post a build thread. I have made a good start, I can't post step by step but I will do periodic updates. I am using the lovely KFS Atkinson mk2 transkit and a Volvo donor chassis and it is my first truck build. I have modified the chassis/springs etc and I have assembled the basic chassis, front and rear axles. There are still some bits to add particularly to the engine. A shout out to Ryewolf on here for a little advice he gave me. Very helpful. Next step progress the chassis then I can start adding some resin features, Battery box, cab mounts etc.

Hi all, picked up my first 1/24 kit of the Hurricane mk2c by Trumpeter 1/24. I have never built this scale and this looks massive compared to my usual scale 1/72 and 1/48. I would like to display it during take off or in some other diorama. Any advice for a newbie in this scale and also this aircraft. I have never built a Hurricane.

I have the 1/35 Tamiya Hanomag Sd.Kfz. 251/1 to build. I am planning on finishing in a winter wash. Are there any guides for the winter wash or books/online material? Which divisions operated within the ‘snowy’ environments? Any decal sets for said Divisions and a winter wash finish? This has always been something that has interested me but I do need to continue with my research to ensure I depict an accurate Scale Model. Any help will be greatly appreciated.
