FCM

This is what I feel... I do not see criticism as harmful, but an opportunity to offer a point of view that the manufacturer often does not realize. I would very much like manufacturers to expose their designs for this purpose as sometimes the flaws are widely pointed out and the manufacturer completely ignores it. That's what happened with the kittyHawk's 1/32 T-6. I will like very much I could buy two HobbyBoss A-26 instead having to spend almost the value of another kit buying a pair of resin nacelles to fix the kit ...

The difference of the pre-series and the operational airplane is the embossed belly of aircraft, as it can be seen in the foto posted above, by Luis Pacheco. The kit have the flat belly. But do not worry, Duarte Models, who made a correct 1/48 resin kit of Super Tucano 10 years ago, is just waiting to get this kit to make a correction resin set.

I hope that this delay for the kit release, promised for this month, means some aditional sprue with correction parts. As the kit was made, it allows to build the pre-series version like the demonstrator plane: The decal for this kit is almost finished, just waiting a sample of the kit for a final checkout (but I will need to buy one, as soon it comes available):

Well, to be honest, I aim searching for an identification for these collors looking for the Omani C-130, it is because I need some info about this colors to offer a start point to modellers, once I will add this version among others in my next 1/144 decal set:

I noticed that Omani Air force changed the camouflage colors of their airplanes, leaving the classic desert pattern of sand/brown for a new pattern of gray green/pink sand/light green. I am proud to present a work in progress that is being prepared by my friend, Afonso Giordano, who is building a WNW Albatros DV using the latest FCM release in 1/32 scale: the plane of Lt. Wolf of Jasta 5, included in FCM32016 decal. This model is being a four hands job, once Giordano was afraid to apply hinself the fuselage decals... So I did it. As soon the model comes ready I will add the photos here

This first set will be available for mid April. The versions that will be prepared are Brasil, Venezoela, Uruguay, Argentina, Peru, Australia, Turkey and some US NAVY too. I do not know how many sheets those will take, and the number will increase as soon I have a solid confirmation of the next Kinetic's S-2A... The second set under prepare:

This decal set FCM48033 is out of stock for some time, but now it is already available! As soon as possible I will restock that decal with Hannant's and others. PS: I have found extreme difficulty to access Britmodeller, I only have success using an external proxy server, that is not so easy to do also… This site have blocking me with Error 403 "Forbbiden" I do not understand why Britmodeller is blocking my access, due this I am leaving this forum once it is so difficult to enter. Hello Tiger311, My name is Felipe and I ma the producer of FCM Decals from Brasil. The Brazilian Air Force did not use Federal Standard color refferencer for the paints used on the aircrafts, here they use a proper color refference, and the color after applied on aircrafts turns to several shades during the years due sun exposition. When I selected the FS 36463 I chose this color for being the one that more resembled what I saw in airplanes with newer paint, however the oldest ones can seem with a clearer color until being next to FS 36495 indicated by Aztec. I would like to show some photos here but it will be a problem due copyrights once those are not mine, but you can find a lot of photos of Brazilian F-5 with this color scheme on AIrliners.net, so I believe that it will not be so difficult to select which color seems to be better for your eyes. Just the more recent tatical color scheme in gray / green was painted using FS refferences.

Due the size of the tail decal, that is really big, I do not know if I could include more than one version in this sheet. I can prepare the 1/32 sheet further, as soon I can fell the market interest. off topic: BlackLight, the chilean version for A-29 will be included for Duarte 1/72 kit as soon I get the full color scheme.
