Just finished this last night, The kit is the 1/32 Hasegawa P-47D, decals are Lifelike, paints used were Alclads, Lifecolor, Tamiya, and MM. I also used the Eduard PE set and SAC landing gear.

one engine completed, one to go. the only problem with them is that once they are installed in the booms you wont be able to see them.

got it painted up last night, I used alclads on the fuselage with a basecoat of airframe aluminum and post shaded with polished aluminum and painted several panels with duraluminum.

I have a few decals applied

fuselage together and seams checked

wings and stablizers with a little lead wire added to the wheel wells

and finally the engine

added the Rhino Modelworks seamless intake and got the fuselage together

I'll be building the Hasegawa 1/48 F4-E converting it to an F model with Lufwaffe markings, I'll be using a True Details cockpit.
