    I have both. Yes Minicraft's only provides a decal for the C-47. Roden's is opened with the correct cargo/ troop door. Also more detailed and accurate in my opinion. It is a little gem.

    Which ones did you get? I only know of two offhand. A.M.U.R. Reaver (new release) and Cold War Studio. Just curious which is better. Also the early versions. E.g. F-8C/K while they're at it.

    I just acquired the 1/144 Minicraft PBY-5A and want to modify it to a -6A. Is there any aftermarket resin to do so or a 3D printed file? Would it be fairly simple to scratch the tail? Amazingly I am relatively unfamiliar with the Catalina. Besides taller tail and different engines, is there any other detail that would need to be added? Thanks, Alan

    Having trouble finding info on the RV Calypso in regards to modifications. When was the helicopter and pad added? Was it after the loss of the Catalina? Want to do the Calypso during the time when the Albatross was in service. Also anything else? Thanks, Alan

    Fantastic news! Always wanted one of these in 1/48. Now if someone would do the HH-3E in 1/48 that would be great. The last time I had a A-1E was the old 1970s 1/72 Monogram kit.

    Need a new 6502 Processor for that shiny metal *** of yours! The first release btw came out 40 years ago! For how long ago they were made they built up really nice. They should rerelease them. But with an updated cockpit. Here's one right here on BM. Also a 1/32 F-111 was announced back in the day by Tanmodel. But went missing. I would like this as well. A full 1/32 Aardvark would be too big.
