Looks good to me, nice work.

Wow..! I could look at your build all day... Lost for words.... That's proper engineering....

Smashing, I love small scenes like this, there's so much detail in a small space. Good stuff

[Bike] 1/12 Suzuki Ecstar GSX-RR '20
Watto replied to Yg Models's topic in Ready For Inspection - Vehicles
Such a shame we won't be seeing Suzukis on the Moto GP grid in 2023. Your build is a fantastic tribute to what, me and my missus agree is the best looking bike on the grid. Top job. -
Fantastic, the work you have put into your build is a credit to you, very impressive. The streaking and staining is spot on.

Nice one, you can't day no to a Spitfire. You've done a grand job there. -
I think that if you are going to put work onto a forum such as ours, as long as any comments are made respectfully and with justification, then we can all learn new techniques and tips to enable us all to improve our own results. Like most aspects of life since the pandemic, a lot of people seem to find antagonistic behaviour an easy option and seem to go that way. I'm always grateful to people who show their work.

Amazing, what an original way to showcase your work. The rusty appearance of the metal is stunning.

And the same to you....

I've tried the sewing needle technique Dogsbody uses and it has made CA and PVA adhesive application, much more accurate and successful. Brilliant recommendation

Welcome Ash, you'll learn a lot from the forum, it's well run and there's lots helpful advice around.

Cracking diorama, the tracks and weathering look really good. The way the bike is leaning again the barrier makes its inclusion more subtle than if it was standing on it's own. Watto

Stunning, the level of detail is amazing. A beautiful race car, beautifully executed.

This has been great to follow, great subject and you've gone into the build whole heartedly, I think you're to be congratulated on allowing your fine efforts to be observed by such a knowledgeable audience. ( I don't include myself in that) Excellent. -

Returning to the hobby - looking for airbrush advice :)
Watto replied to themcgarvie's topic in Airbrushes
Practice and learn from your mistakes is my advice, no matter what airbrush you decide on. Good quality paint and thinners make a big difference and using them and learning what works for you is very rewarding. I hope you have success with your new weapon.... Watto -
I use the quick release connectors sold by Amazon and have found the very and not really expensive for the quality. I'd recommend them.

Hi, that's where I saw the paint initially. I'm going to stop messing about and grab the bull by the horns and get stuck in. Thanks for your reply. Watto

Thanks for getting back to me, I'll get on to it today. Watto

Brilliant, just the job....

Hi, can I ask where you purchased your roll from? I'm in the UK and have found single filters to be quite expensive. Thanks in advance, Watto.
