  1. It's on my AH.7 blades, if you run your fingers down each side of the blades it's very apparent. Should be easy to fix
  2. It's Fugly in my opinion. Just manufacture new Harriers from scratch, they're a proven design that worked. If it ain't broke don't fix it!
  3. Hi there, is there a website similar to Flightradar24 that can be used to track military flights over the UK? thanks
  4. I wouldn't bother with books on ebay, my experience is hit and miss with books and if you don't sell any you'll still have to pay the listing fees. Sell them at a car boot you'll have more success
  5. I agree. I used to follow it until Subaru, Skoda, Mitsubishi, Peugeot and Hyundai pulled out at different times over the years. It's so crap now with just Ford and Citroen, and Loeb just keeps on winning.
  6. RAF Merlin flying west at lowish level with undernose lamp lit-up. RAF/RN/Army helicopters are becoming a familiar sight around here - frequently see Merlin, Apache, Lynx and Sea King. Now and again a Chinook will pass over, and only once have I seen a Griffin fly over, which was very loud indeed
  7. Ahhh Group B - Audi Quattro S1, Peugeot 205 T16, Metro 6R4, Ford RS200, Lancia Delta S4, Lancia 037, Renault 5 Turbo. What an era. Those machines were too powerful but fascinating to watch
  8. I have x2 Lightnings and a few other gems for sale on a well known auction site with a starting bid of 99p, so if you're lucky.....!
  9. Stuka finally received today at work, so all's good! The expected delivery date was the 6th March so spot on
  10. Still waiting for my Stuka but I had it sent to work so hopefully it'll be there Monday/Tuesday next week. Relieved it's genuine though and the goods are arriving
  11. Link now brings up a different seller STRAIGHT2YOU, must have sold out of the bargain Stuka's. Look up MolibobToys for the bargains
  12. There's loads of ridiculous bargains ain't there!?
  13. Oh well I've ordered one; for under a fiver it has to be done.
  14. Has to be an error do you think? http://www.amazon.co.uk/Airfix-A05100-Junk..._sbs_k_h_b_cs_2 update: link now brings up STRAIGHT2YOU, they have have run out of the Stuka's. Look up MolibobToys for the bargains
  15. 2 minutes ago x2 Apache AH.1's flying west along the M4 corridor, nice sound!(ZJ202 and ZJ211 according to the SWAG website)
  16. I'll possibly be adding the new tool 1/32 Lynx and the reissue of the 1/48 Wessex to my stash, don't have any helicopters at the moment
  17. Thanks guys. Did you have any trouble with Buy For Less at all? I recently ordered the Tamiya Beaufighter through them and it never arrived, and they wouldn't answer e-mails. It was only after I opened a dispute with paypal that they bucked up their service and refunded me my £22. Their feedback score on ebay is good but there is a lot of negative feedback aswell, and the annoying thing is you can't track your order on their website!
  18. Hi there, from your experience where online can I buy Tamiya's 1/32 Spitfire Mk.IX for the cheapest price? regards Chris
  19. Thanks for the input fellas, looks like it's going to be the Academy one. Awesome P-38 there Neil cheers Chris
  20. Hi there, I'd like to model the P-38 in 1/48 and was wondering what is the best accurate kit out there? thanks Chris
  21. In the early hours of this morning (1am) I was awoken by the very distinctive sound of a Chinook flying north towards the Brecon Beacons, followed by another a few minutes later. Then at 2:30am I was awoken again by them flying back southwards. I could not see any strobes or nav lights though, could only hear the thump of the rotors. I wonder what they had been up to at that time of the morning?!
  22. Oooh I'd like a 1/48 Gloster Javelin, Westland Puma or Folland Gnat please Chris
