Cold War Centurion Mk3

I have been asked to build a 1/35 Mk 3 Centurion (using AFV Club Korean War model) for a 83 year old veteran of the 4th Queen's Own Hussars (7th Armoured Division?) from 1954 - 1957. He was based in Germany after initial training for the duration. Can anyone help with unit markings? He has a hazy memory of the these unfortunately. Any help much appreciated as I can find very little information on Cents from that period? Alan
