  1. You can also switch to enamels or oils on top of your Future coat, if that works for you.
  2. What I would do it is load the picture into Photoshop, cut off the excess and then rotate, de-skew and re-scale it to restore the perspective and aspect ratio. Then convert it to a much higher resolution and clean it up and make it sharp. (Or, if you're good with Illustrator, convert it to a vector image and do some cleanup there instead.) Here is a good starting point. Alternatively, find the Arabic font which is close enough and simply use it to recreate the phrase as an image by using the Type tool.
  3. Here is a short and helpful video by Paul Budzik: Decal Application for Scale Models He even manages it without applying the gloss pre-coat by preparing the paint layer instead.
  4. Thanks! Mine is on its way to me already
  5. If you have a smartphone, install Google Translate app on it. Then use the phone's camera from within that app--it will translate from almost any language in real time, giving you superimposed text over the live camera view. Very handy!
  6. Interesting. In the old version, they are actually 2 different parts: 4 (O-ring) and 5 (screw) - User Manual In the new version it is a single part 4 (I5902): V2 User Manual Or is it just a 2-piece component now? Update: yep, it is all-in-one by the look of it. I wonder if it will fit ver 1. Needle packing screw w/ PTFE Thanks!
  7. @dromia Have a couple of questions for you: I, too, have a Custom Micron B (version 1, though), but I've been reluctant to use it for modeling. The reason is that the O-ring in it is not solvent proof, as these brushes are art-specific. From what I've heard, they've never bothered to upgrade the CM line with PTFE rings or similar. Is that still true? You, probably, know more about this, after talking to your shop. Also, what model of Optivisor did you find useful for scale modeling? Thank you.
