  1. Thanks mate ! What about the unique sound of the screaming flame throwing turbocharged 5 cylinder engine ... ? 🤩
  2. Hi JCH, Thank you so much for your kind words. I am glad you like it. Yes metallic paints are an issue at 1/24 scale and always look bad on close-up pictures... Take care. Best regards from Belgium !
  3. This is porn from the 70's ... 🤩 Fantastic build !
  4. Hi folks, This is my attempt at building the 1/24 McLaren 570 from Revell. I have used the Plamoz wheels and also their detail-up set (resin engine hood, PE parts). Painted with Tamiya lacquer paints (LP20 for the body and a mix LP5/LP19 for the darker parts like roof and side scoops). 2K clear cote from ZP. Interior color is a Ferrari leather color (cuoio) from ZP. Alloys sprayed with Tamiya primer/ Tamiya black / Alclad polished aluminium. I reworked the ride height and wheel alignment because the kit is way off in my humble opinion. I am quite happy with the result. If you are planning to close the doors, you should then adjust the fit and glue them before painting. Comments welcome ! Thanks for watching.
  5. Hi everyone, First post for me here with a few pictures of my latest build, the '85 San Remo winning Audi Quattro S1. Beemax kit with detail-up set (PE parts, harness, antenna, smoking decals) and the KMP wheel set including the typical wheel fans from the eighties. My favorite GrB monster. I hope you like it too ! PS: I deliberately installed the fan only on one side so I can enjoy the view with or without, according to my mood.
  6. Hello Brit modellers ! I have been looking at various topics here for quite some time, so it made sense to register and share some stuff ! I am an automotive engineer and into plastic models for ages now (I am one of these guys who can remember the smell of the little Humbrol pots). Mainly doing racing cars but also some airplanes (modern jets and some WW2 icons). Airbushing and 2K clear coating now part of my modelling routine as per nowadays standards 🙂 Looking forward to learning new stuff from you guys and sharing some of my completed models (at least the ones that are good enough to deserve some place among the numerous gems around here). Cheers ! Eric.
