Just been out for an hour or so and saw a late ‘60s Mustang - almost Bullitt style with no badging on the grill; a mid ‘70s Lotus Elite; and a new Mustang. Nick

That’s a lovely pair of models that. Nick

What a coincidence! A blue one for me yesterday morning followed not long after by an MGB roadster.

Mini mk2 slightly modified as in rally / fast road. 50 yards later and abandoned against the kerb, an old green Morris Minor with wide Minilites (or similar). Then an old Daimler of some sort; a big saloon but pre Mk2 Jaguar era. And this afternoon, a Ferrari 512 BB. Nick

Superb - very convincing! Nick -
Hah! That reminds me . . . When I was in my teens, I had a part-time job working at the Co-op; 1 hour a day after school plus four hours Saturday morning. The Manager had a white Cortina 1600E and I was regularly asked to wash and clean it on some of those Saturdays . . . 😎 Nick

Mr Ford abandoned the project after a good friend and test pilot was killed whilst flying a prototype. Have this kit myself so will be following along . . . Nick

Goodness - I don’t know how some of you see so much in a day! I’ve ventured no further than three miles from home today. One little trip was two miles - on my return and waiting at a junction, a white Mk1 Escort came around the corner - probably a Mexico. So local and yet I’ve never seen it before so need to ask around . . . Nick

Very nice Series 1 RS Turbo this afternoon . . . Nick

In Bristol this morning, a pale yellow Morris Minor van with sliding windows cut into the van sides and a ‘67/68 fastback Ford Mustang in white. This afternoon on the way to Cheltenham, a early Lotus Elite in pale blue. Nick

List of Britmodeller members
Nick Belbin replied to Nick Belbin's topic in Help & Support for Forum Issues
Thanks Mike. I know about those online listed below - it’s the community bit that threw me! Nick -
I thought there was a tab to take one to the list of members on Britmodeller and now I don’t seem to be able to find it - am I missing something blindingly obvious? Nick
-
Completely agree with you, Martian! Nick

Is this a case of ‘no news is good news’? Perhaps you sell the old kit to a tanning salon - advertise with a unique freckle feature. Nick

RIP Philip.

This is looking fantastic with some very neat ideas. Nick

Best modelling tools for maritime?
Nick Belbin replied to Chewbacca's topic in General Maritime modelling chat
A simple sausage rolled from blutack works for this. And can hold the part in place whilst the glue sets. -
Very tasty! Nick

Out for a drive of my own yesterday - saw a Lotus Cortina MkII on the other side of a roundabout. Nick
