  1. It's like any procedure some are going to find one way or the other easier,it's just preference.

Me,I always paint and weather tracks off the tank,I just can't fathom reaching all the tracks and not messing up the roadwheels.I know some spray the tracks on the tank, but thats beyond me too.

I think if you don't  have an AB you would have to paint them off the tank and touch up later, how would you reach the inside parts.

  2. I certainly can't dispute everyone's problems, but I've sprayed their Olive Drab,Dunkelgelb, and Tire Black, using thinner and poly additive. Its worked fine.I seal it with Alclad Aqua Gloss, put down decals, then Alclad Matte, and weathered.

I had no problem with one tone schemes, but I just couldn't get the right mix for free hand camo.

  3. I remember when my dad paid 20 cent a gallon for gas, I remember pizza 25 cent a slice,coffee and donut 25 cents,my first brand new car,was $6000

Everything has gone up,as was mentioned the quality of the newer kits are outstanding.

  4. There is a definite ceiling for everyone,no matter how hard we try,I probably couldn't learn brain surgery, hit a 100 mph fastball,or golf a 70 same with modeling.

If I had the time, and the inclination, proper one on one teaching,I would obtain better results, but no museum quality.

  5. I've been using Postimage since the Photobucket fiasco, however I've been using a free account only, granted I only use it for posting on forums so its only about 500 pics,I dont know what my free limit is,but it fits my needs, easy to use and free for now.

  6. No,I can't say that has happened to me,when I finish one it's no more then a couple of days then on to the next project.During a project there can be 2-3 days without being at the bench due to circumstances, but no,never 7-10 days never felt the need to take that long of a break.

Of course you never want to force things to where it feels like work deadlines,it a hobby not a production line.
