Good evening all, Currently building a Tamiya Mk1 as a PR Mk1D using the Airwaves set. Can anyone advise whether these, or indeed any other PR Spits carried gunsights - can't personally see why they would? Cheers

Having picked up the Revell F-86D 'Dog Sabre' sic and the HiDecal sheet for the same, I am somewat confused with the camo scheme colours. Green/tan or Green/grey? The HiDecal sheet has a correction insert alluding to the NATO green/grey scheme (same pattern) yet the few tinterweb pics I have come accross are green/tan! Any help out there guys and gals? Cheers

Thanks for your views and experiences. Looks like more Manchester tap water and lots of shaking and stirring! I've use Pollyscale paint and flatcoat in the past, fantastic stuff, but like most struggle to find it here in the UK any more. Cheers.

Has anyone experienced a grainy finish using Xtracrylix matt? Not the flattest of finishes, I'm OK with that as it would appear that I need to mix, shake and stir more, but it's the 'grainy' effect I've somehow achieved that's the problem. I've thinned with water and sprayed at about 15 psi. Any clues? Cheers.

Thanks drdave Can anyone expand on this lead? I've since found a couple of photos in the Osprey book on Mk V Aces but the photos, whilst of JU H, are not conclusive wrt the wing roundels. TIA

Evening all, First post and already wanting something! Currently building the Tamiya Mk Vb as an all-black night fighter from the Victory sheet 'Aces of the Empire' but screwed up with the fuselage codes when decaling. Any chance anyone has a spare set they're not going to use - all I am looing for are the JU-H codes as I have yet to destroy the roundels and fin flashes? It is suggested that there are no wing roundels on this one - can anyone confirm this? TIA
