  1. Looks really good there I esp. like the camo effect hard line with an ever so soft edge a hard effect in 1/32 even.I do not know to much about that Med.Blue??looks dark on my end could just be photo or my monitor?Nice crate though.Cheers
  2. I would stay away from the wood decks myself for scale thickness issues.I have been experimenting with a new techique myself but it takes both time and effort to get there.I am doing the Graf Spee from Academy and have reached these results. using this technique desribed here: http://www.steelnavy.com/wood%20deck.htm good luck on whatever you decide.Cheers Kevin
  3. Very Nice Phil nice looking ship and That Water looks fantastic.
  4. Looks good Neil.I saw were a guy used the salt method onJapaneseplane (1/144 now) were he produce a very convincing botch pattern much like the KI 45 boxart on the Nichimo kit.I have found for me at least when I hand paint theseJapaneseaircraft it's a long session for if I quit and come back later my mood or something is different and the pattern no longer matches.Well be interested on the technique you use for painting when you get there.Cheers Kevin
