  1. Two parrots were sitting on a perch. One turns to the other and asks "Can you smell fish?". Two lions are walking down the high street. One turns to the other and says "Quiet here, isn't it?"
  2. @Spookytooth, there's been something niggling me about this and I've just realised what it is - I've got a part-set of DZ*Z decals that would sort you out. You're very welcome to them, so send me a PM with your address and I'll get them in the post ASAP.
  3. Hear hear - I'm determined to build my Blenheim in this GB! For reasons of disclosure I should say that I could also build it in Nordic, Bristol, BeNeLux, Blitzkrieg or Africa, so I'm determined to get it in there somehow!
  4. Looking good there, sir. I built the day fighter version earlier this year and found the model very enjoyable.
  5. I've been blasting this out this morning. A cover of a brilliant Suicidal Tendencies song from the 1990's, updated for the modern era.
  6. I seem to have done it again: Eduard FW190A-8/R2 in 1/72; Several sets of decals for 1/72 Bf109E's; Masks for 1/72 Bf109E's Decals for 1/72 Vampire T.11
  7. That's looking great! The kit looks like a nice one to build, too. Isn't it considerate of the US to paint their cockpit interiors in a colour that shows everything off nicely? I love Luftwaffe models but the cockpits are darker than Dominic Cummings's heart and you can't see much once it's all together.
  8. Who doesn't love an Emil? To me they're the quintessential Bf109. I have a feeling I'll be dropping into a well-known German-owned supermarket for a couple of these kits in a couple of weeks. Cracking job there, and it was a great scheme to choose to represent.
  9. Greetings, OP. I'm a recent returnee and I'd be sunk without BM and its members. There's much friendly help and advice to be had, and everyone's welcoming and not a bit mad.
  10. Thanks very much, @LN-KEH. I'm downloading the files now, as I've got a Gustav waiting in the stash.
  11. A very smart-looking Vampire; I love it. I'm beginning to get a bit of a complex, though. Every time I add a new aircraft to my stash someone posts an RFI of the same model, and it's always way better than I could ever make mine!
  12. Deep breath.... Mig wathering set for early WW2 RAF aircraft Mig Weathering set for early WW2 Luftwaffe aircraft Squadron sanding stick pack Razor saw (crikey, never used one before - they're amazing!) Black plasticard (5 off 0,7mm and 5 off 1mm) Airfix 1/72 Blenheim, a million years old Revell Mk1/4 Fairey Gannet in 1/48 Zvezda BF109G-6 in 1/48 Tamiya 1/48 P-47D bubbletop
  13. I don't know, I spend the evening flooding the house and when I come back we're all doing the "wombat nasty"....
  14. You obviously haven't seen my efforts, then! Welcome to what has proved, during my short stay, to be be very friendly and welcoming community. They're all barmy, but very helpful nonetheless!
  15. You're most welcome. This is the one I'm hoping gets through the most, for some reason.
  16. I think the following would be possible, given what I've got in my small stash at present: KYDBAAK - Gannet, Chipmunk, Blenheim IV, P-47 (Gannet favourite for the build); ANZAC - Blenheim IV Less than a tenner - Chipmunk Blitzkrieg - Blenheim in French colours Bristol Aeroplane Company - Blenheim IV, Beaufighter (Although I was planning to start the Beau shortly, so it might not be eligible) Nordic - Blenheim IV There's a definite pattern here, if you can spot it! As in, I have a Blenheim and I'm not afraid to use it! I guess we'll see what makes it through the bunfight and then I'll decide.
  17. Hmm, might have a go at two, then, assuming my choices get through.
  18. I've got one in the stash that would work for five of the GB's that I voted for. I assume that I can only enter a single model in a single build, rather than one model in five?! Oh, and can we enter more than one GB? Not saying I would, but hey...
  19. Wow, that looks great! Am also looking forward to seeing what the Chipmunk will look like.
