  1. Hi all, I build CMR's Mk.VII spitfire and I am looking for pictures of a "Lobelle" type hood which opened by sliding backwards (late versions....early were fitted with a detachable canopy like Mk.VI). Thank you for any drawings and/or pictures. rgds Petr
  2. Hi Damien...see http://www.cmkkits.com/res/data/047/005406.jpg?seek=5 ... the engine is fictious... - The set contains the upper half of engine only (!!!) - the instead of air intake there is bulkhead (!!!) - the engine covers are splited into two parts but wrongly To build 'Derwent' you can use only combustors but you need 9 and the set contains just 6. Everything else you have to build from scratch. Petr
  3. I hope, that CMK will prepare resin accessoriess seriously....not like for Meteor. Be aware of the engine set....this is bad joke, not the Derwent ....I bought two, now I scratchbuilt both, using metal parts from AIRES's Nene and combustion chambers from the original CMK (there are 6 pcs...you need 9 per engine)...there is nothing usable incl. engine covers.
