  1. Sorry for too many pictures! These are my two latest M1 kits both from spacer.pngspacer.pngspacer.pngexcellent resin kits by Sapphire Modelcraft, these M1 kits were then taken over by Baymo of Germany. The famous map of France car of the 1980 Le Mans race, and the Pooh Jeans(of all things?!) two more lockdown completions. Hope you like them,Chris again.

  2. Hi ,some excellent kits by BBR here, they don't make them anymore! I can't remember what year the BMW James Bond car is,roughly 93 or 4? The prototype is the BMW LM car from Le Mans 1998,this wa built by The Williams F1 team,a nice BMW art car.  Followed by 2 BBR Ferrari kits,Schumacher's 2002 presentation car. It has no number I purchased this from the model shop opposite the Ferrari factory- as a kit obviously! The other Ferrari is from Le Mans 2002,one of the drivers being Colin McRae . 3. Wow! Beautifully made and painted Audi. What is the silver paint that you used?  I have several BBR built kits myself but not one Audi! A shame that BBR stopped making kits, which was quite a while ago now. I would love to find (or afford) ! their 1/24 Ferrari 333SP kit. A very nice result there. Chris.

  4. Appreciate  all the nice comments! To Keith,Sabrejet and Trevor. Bob Wollek was great but I don't think he won Le Mans the one race that meant everything to him. The wheels are the kit ones, very good decals are the BBS wheels on the orange car. Roy,your 935 K3 model is far better than mine(that's why it's at the back). Your car must be a Renaissance kit with all that detail, they are very fiddly and way over engineered. Chris

  5. I still love the Bonzos! I recently got rid of all my vinyl L.P.s but I kept back two of their albums- Gorilla and Doughnut,I couldn't bear to part with them. Viv Stanshall was a great pal of Keith Moon, two great brit eccentrics...Their most famous record I suppose was The Urban Spaceman,a big top 10 hit.

  6. Or the green manalishi. I used to live in Richmond Surrey, and in the high st.there was a group of about 4 houses sort of setback behind the shops. Every time I walked past someone would say 'That's where Peter Green lives' when apparently no one knew where he was! A great loss. Chris.

  7. Thanks John,I saw your E Type it's come out very well, that is called kitbashing! The wire wheels I don't remember being the same name as your ones, but they are from Pendle a couple of years ago. I don't have a work in progress but I can do one as I have another MK1 started, have been making them for the owners. I have made 1/43 kits as well, but these 1/32 ones are a bit bigger- the world needs 1/24 kits! Chris.

  8. Hi,this is a 1/32 kerbside model, made from an excellent George Turner Models slotcar kit. You get a very good resin  bodyshell, vacform windows, bumpers and radiator, that's it apart from a base to suspend a motor in. I went to a charity shop to get a £1 toy that's roughly 1/32 scale as a basis to make an interior, the spacer.pngwire wheels are from Pendle Slot. This car is still racing now,at the Goodwood Revival etc. George Turner Models are well worth a look at,highly recommended by me. I did have spacer.pngtwo MK 1 Jags when I was about 19,one cost me £60, the good one was £100!  Hope you like, Chris.
