    Just received the Pensacola in 1:350 from them. Solid packed and will bring from thailand to norway to work on late summer. But-what glue to use? Plastic or superglue ? :-)

    Working on the langley myself. Planned to make her look like 1942 with the warhawks. However impossible to find in 1:350, but found trumpeter me 109. Try make some adjustments. Main problem is finding usaaf markings. (And why use clear plastic, impossible to see for old eyes 🙂)

    If you dont use sprue, steel flags to heavy. But Eduard also now have lighter, "plastic?" flags that are better. BTW-,impressive modelling 🙂

    Very impressive craftmanship 🙂 For my own sake, plan make a model of her in her last days, ferrying 32 P-40 to Java. However, have not seen P 40s in 350 scale (yet 🙂 ). Any suggestion about plane I can try to modify ??

    Is it possible to do the cut a little bit down the funnel, turn it around, and then use som "glue & filler" ? Nothing to lose 🙂 🙂

    Would like to get my hands on a gearing class in 1:350, but seems impossible. Dragon have in their catalogue, but seems to be "out of supply" by all dealers 🙂 But-one day..... 🙂

    Have tried to get any Gearing/Sumner destroyer model in 1:350. The Dragon company have some, but they all seems to be "out of stock" with the dealers i can find on internet. Is it anything about the Dragon Company itself???

    Im impressed about how you can glue all the tiny details. Personally i feel the glue always stick to my fingers and tools, making a solid mess 🙂 Maybe the superglue i use is to thinflowing, combined with my own techique and eyesight...

    But when you see the picture of the launching there is a hole down on the bulb in the bow. I think i also have seen picture of wire from the hole being discussed and directly down. Can it also be possible it is part of some kind of paravane arrangement ?
