    Thank you very much for the compliment. The lenses are actually birthday party confetti. Since they come in different colors I look at pictures of the real thing and see what colors they show off and I try to match it.

    I am quite aware that the outboard pylons does not have plumbing for fuel tanks. But I saw a picture where in they were ferrying a couple of tanks.

    Thank you all for the fine comments. Indeed the part were I had to do the bazillion decal almost made me blind but kind of rewarding. A nice addition to my growing colorful Phantoms on display. cheers, Eric

    This is my 1/48 Hasegawa F-4EJ JASDF 50th Anniversary boxing with a very nice Cartograf decal. It was build out of the box with resin seats from true details and some resin resin intake covers. Model was primed with Gunze Mr. Surfacer 1200 and painted with Acrylic White. Exhaust and NMF was done with Alclad II. Only modification was cutting the flaps and drooping it.
