    A relative recently gifted me an Airfix 1/32 17 pounder kit. Over Diwali I decided to do a full speed build of it. Sorry that there are no photos of the WIP, but my camera's SD card got corrupted. Many thanks to Tim (@Tank152) for the various items he sent me that greatly helped while building. I will weather the kit when I am home for winter vacations in December. Please give any advice that you fell will help improve the kit.

    Lovely build. Having built Zvezda models myself (the T90, ZiS 151 and Mi 35) I am impressed since other than the ZiS the other 2 builds were very fiddly. Even in the ZiS I had problems with the drivetrain assembly.

    Excellent build, makes my Stug efforts seem rather inadequate, but then, People don't choose the Stug life, Stug life chooses them

    Yes indeed it is It's called Tata Grey, because Tata 1210D trucks used to originally be painted in that colour. Its a sort of bluish grey

    Maybe you could do an IAF aircraft (Indian Air Force) Our camouflages actually vary a lot (from painter to painter actually)

    Tata used to build the Mercedes 312W as the Tata 1210D for many years. Now they build their own design trucks, though most of them have Mercedes Design Shadows in them. Unfortunately Village Photos is currently not working, so I will post pictures later.

    Hello, I am Ivor Ismail from India. My favourite types of models are 1/35 military vehiclesn and 1/72 aircraft. I have already posted 2 builds, one of a Zvezda ZiS 151 and one of a Tamiya Hanomag Sd.Kfz 251/1. I work fast enough, but my painting is a little wanting as I don't really have any modelling supplies. Other than that, my interests are Films, History, Vehicles etc. Thank you for allowing me to be here

    The paint is Camlin Artists Acrylic, good modelling paints are hard to come by over here. What do you suggest I do about the skin tone, since I used a mix of Titanium bleach and milk white. I will clean up the model as you suggest

    I am currently out of my hometwon, so I can only get to the build in about a month

    It looks very indian, small idea though paint hooks, wheel centres cable eyes all red as that is one obsession of Indian Army painters
