  11. Interesting thread. I was introduced to modelling by my uncle at the age of 8 with the Airfix dogfight double of a me 110 and a Spitfire. Today, at the age of 16 I can say I am well and truly hooked hardik badhai to your daughter for choosing this hobby.

  14. The tracks are rubber band type. From my experience with Tamiya kits, only artist's acrylics adhere, as they are much thicker.   16. After one power cut and some work this is where we stand: The lifting eyes that came with the kit proved rather flimsy and broke while cutting, as a result I had to make new eyes out of sprue. On the other side (the gun was finally stuck into place with Fevikwik) The interior of the turret (one of the seats is held in place with epoxy as it refused to stick, I finally used some heta and fused it to the turret)
  17. I was wondering what should I use as solvent for the mud/rust/dust pigments. I have turpentine oil and possibly rubbing alcohol.
