  15. Having not posted any of my aircraft on here I was inspired by a post today This was built probably 20 years ago, Iā€™ve a real habit of building 95% and never finishing kits and here is another. Oob but with the airwaves etched set
  16. I know and it fits with his service time post WW1 pre WW2, Africa and India. Iā€™ve quite a few more pics of it and others that he took.
  17. Iā€™ll take some scans it was when he served with the Royal Berkshire regiment between 1926-36 and would have been in either Africa or India
  18. All sorted spent the weekend doing it know where he trained etc, now waiting on his army service record as Iā€™ve photos of him with a HP-42 thanks

I have applied for my maternal grandfatherā€™s service record, his army record is complete and helpful, served 1924-34 2 battalion Royal Berkshire his raf ww2 record is like double Dutch and Iā€™m struggling to decipher it. Any suggestions? I know when he signed on 1941 and when and where I know he was medically discharged due to rheumatic fever 1943 I know he was in South Africa Iā€™m struggling to decipher a/b (2), YT AS I think. Any advice welcome. Thanks
  20. Looking lovely I really should post some of mine as Iā€™ve done a few pr spits and a mustang but Iā€™m afraid Iā€™m not as an accomplished builder. Nice to see another pr fiend. šŸ‘
