Following on from my Lancaster post I’ve a few of the other aircraft in the hangar

Through my work I have worked with the RAF stem training team and was given a lovely gift before lockdown of lunch at Coningsby officers mess a tour of the hangars incl the QRA typhoons and then a guided tour of the BBMF hangar unfortunately I couldn’t access the inside of the Lancaster as it was being worked on but managed to get some decent shots I hope these may be of interest to someone.

Airfix BP defiant with eduard etch and brass barrels I prefer doing camo free hand I used masks for this and not as happy with it

Following on from my renewed enthusiasm a few more kits over the finish line sword prIV, airfix mk1 converted with pavla to another prIV and an eduard done as a pr VII

I generally build aircraft or motorcycles however when I’ve had enough of fine detailing and just want to have some fun I build WW2 armour in 72nd or 76th to take me back to being a kid. They aren’t Uber accurate but are done for fun and to give me back my mojo
