    How do you folks dispose of quantities of thinners and whatnot? Just empty down the bathroom sink drain? Into the toilet? Throw it into the dirt outside?

    I hadn't heard of blue stuff either but after seeing this video I immediately went and bought some.

    I heard it was so that you could expose more light windows by scratching through the paint.

    Aside from brass or aluminum rods what would make some good support material for suspending a “flying” model to be displayed on? Hoping for as close to invisible as can be achieved and will want to support one or more small models from a large model. (Imagine small space ships in flight around a large space ship that’s hanging in the air from wires.

    I found the most relevant forum to post my post in but it's greyed out and I can't create a post there. I have a limited selection of places I can seem to select from. Is this normal? Is it because I'm new? 🤔

    I actually prefer the black stands.

    One problem I had with mine was after priming, base coat, and then a clear coat I found that all those layers obstructed the pieces fitting together properly and I had to go back and shave it all off the joints so the pieces would fit together again.

    Thanks for taking the time to write that all out. Very good information which I’m sure I’ll refer back to frequently. Admittedly the cleaning and maint. intimidates me. I feel like there’s a lot of ways I could do something wrong or damage my airbrush. I’m trying to watch every cleaning and maint. video I can find on YouTube.
