Just got mine too after a week in customs...they did open the outer box as evidenced bij the liberal tape with customs on it. No damage to the kit itself though Just had a quick peek since I am working from home and everything looks fantastic. Wil have a detailed look after work. The kit has a quality look

Nothing has changed over their Piaggio Pc.7 I see bad and even worse as a kit! I actually got the kit as a gift so luckily did not lose money on it

Interesting project you have there! I have the Matchbox Lancaster in my stash too but also couple of Airfix versions. Our modelling club just got a question from some city service if we were willing to donate some models to people who like to build models but who either lost their job, or are in poverty now with covid and cannot buy models anymore. So I was gathering some models that I would never build and the Lancaster is part of the package. So it was nice to see someone still building it!

These aircraft of another era have an elegance to them and you brought it out like no one else can. Amazing work!

Mine is held up in customs and I am wondering how much it could cost to get it. And if I beleave the information pages it could take up to 28 days to get it... hope this is not true...

Have tried putting the decals in sunlight? I did this with some very yellowed Heller decals and most of the yellowing disappeared after a couple of weeks... patience is key
