Impressive paint job! I am building one too but it is nowhere near as nice... But your canopy seems a bit wrong. This is a P-38F and the top of the canopy opens to the right when viewed from behind. The sidepannels disappear in the body when the pilot wants to open them, they do not swing open.

Again some excellent work you are doing here! Just started reading this wip, I have always been interested in the Dragon and actually have been able to take two short flights as a passenger in one. I have the 1/32 scale Dragon kit from Lukgraph waiting to be build. Oeps 1/32 scale, I should not have said that... But then I shared many of my walkaround photograps inside and out of the Scottish Airways version with Lukasz when he was developping the kit. Culminating in the Scottish Airways version that came out. Still I am always amazed at what you can achieve in 1/72 scale! Unfortunately my sight is not what it used to be so I only rarely build 1/72 scale kits anymore.

I have the original first boxing from the first batch.

Lukgraph will bring out several limited edition boxing’s. I saw one on possibility on the previous page but there will be more. I talked to Lukasz a couple of times the last weeks. I shared my walkaround photographs of the Scottish airways aircraft with him.

They wanted to limit production to 500 and that’s why every kit is numbered. That gives a feeling of exclusivity. Perhaps that is what they were striving for? I ordered mine in the preorder period too and am very happy I did it!
