  1. I like the paintwork! Very nicely done !
  2. Nicely done! If you are standing before the original plane it really is impressive. One of my English friends is a former Lightning pilot! He would no longer fit in the cockpit I fear
  3. Very nicely done! This used to be my favourite aircraft. I once cut up a rareplanes U2 to Build a U2R. Scratchbuild wings and longer fuselage. A lot of details needed scratched.
  4. Hello from Belgium! A good spot to learn new skills
  5. I reserved one but am still undecided, Red or White... decisions decision...
  6. Beautiful model with a Great finish! I think I already saw the pictures on another site, is that possible? Now if I did not already have a couple of other resin kits waiting I could be tempted
  7. Just had a status update from Jetmads about the Skystreak: Sunday 29 September 20h58(Belgian Time) Dear Modellers, After a few test builds of the Skystreak we redesigned some parts for improved assembly until we ourselves got happy with the results. 3D printing and masters have now totally been completed. Molding is currently in progress and we will publish the boxart on our Facebook page in a few days. We plan to have published the images of the resin parts and the fully assembled kit sometime around late October, after which we will start to accept the pre-orders officially. You will be updated with a separate email prior to the start of pre-orders. Thanks, JETMADS Team
  8. Oh I always wanted one of these when I was a child. Never bought one because I was afraid of the rigging. I will be following this with intrest
  9. A rare subject, will look spectacular when its done! I will follow this with intrest
  10. Excellent finish wow I contemplated doing a model with Bare meal foil but chickened away after seeing a model with parts of the bare metal foil that came off. You really did an excellent job here! I had a similar occurrence with lacquer paint and enamel based wash... oh and Alclad II clear and Tamiya pannelliner was not a huge succes either... that is why I used aquarelle pencils and pastel chalk to make my own washes. You need to fix them of course afterwards!
  11. Not only the model is great but the way you presented it too! Your photo's really show the model in the best possible way!
  12. That looks really great! Nice paint job
  13. Incredible really! I went to a modelling show totday and there was a partly completed Contrail HP42 but it nowhere came close to your model!
  14. Yes Seven months but for a vacu kit like this that is not a lot in my eyes
