  1. Nice idea! What about Defmodels canvas? It worths? ciao Filippo
  2. Nice work Jack. I always loved this little Panzer. I'd like to built a Dak one from Dragon 1/35 but unfortunately it cant be found now. So I'm looking at 1/16 scale. So I follow you with great interest. 👍 Ciao Filippo
  3. Thank you Francis for your kind words! About the cables at first I try to use Ammo rigging 0.03. It is in scale but unrealistic as it results too taut. Now I’ll try with stretched sprue even if it is not so easy to use as it tends to break. Ciao Filippo
  4. Thank you Keith! 👍 In effect seagrass is very realistic. Ciao Filippo
  5. Thank you John for your advice 👌but I want to reproduce a dry mud effect as it was seen all around Cisterna area in june 1944 with hot temperatures, great volume of dust and dry mud. Any way I think to add some more engine grease stripes. All the best Filippo
  6. Hi All, here some progress. Mud on lower parts and wheels using AK 8015 Dry Mud with AK 8045 Dried sea grass. I add some wires on fighting compartment for foliage but it does not satisfy me as it seems too thick and heavy. Any advice? Thank you. Ciao Filippo
  7. Superb rendition! And the wartime pic is outstanding👍👍👍👍👍👍 It is a pity the little silvering on digits. Anyway a great result. Well done! ciao Filippo
  8. Hi All, here some progress with initial weathering. For digits I used Star Decals that seems to me similar to those on Elefant 113. They were retouched with Ammo White They are very good but (it is my fault) I'm not very satisfied with the result. As usual, I used Micro Set/Sol solutions but I don't know why, after put them in place, it was impossible to correct their positions! This is the reason why they are not sloped as I wanted. I tried to remove with Tamiya tape with no results! Besides, they are taller but I did not find a better choice. Now it is time for mud! Ciao Filippo
  9. Lovely Mc 202. The camo is great, it is not easy to reproduce those “amebas” in 1/48. Well done👍👍 ciao Filippo
  10. Hi MD, I know how you feel when there are no answers to your research😞. But, on the other hand, when pics or drawings are not avalaible the jod is more easy as noboby can says “Nice but … you are wrong here and there and up and down!”😁. Anyway I’ll follow you with great interest. ciao Filippo
  11. Stunning weathering! Absolutely perfect👍👍 Ciao Filippo
  12. Great conversion MD 👍 . Where did you find pics for rear details? Ciao Filippo
  13. Hi All, my Tamiya 1/35 recommendations are: Sdkfz 9 famo with trailer Elefant Matilda Mk II Panzer IVF2 Kettenkraftrad Steyr 1500 Jagdtiger but my opinion does not have any value as I was born as a modeller in 1973 with her Sdkfz 251, Kubel and Bmw sidecar so I'm sentimentally and indissolubly fastened to Tamiya 😇🤩. Ciao Filippo
  14. Hi All, can you tell please how can I publish models or dioramas on Armorama site? Many thanks. Ciao Filippo
  15. Hi All, I dont know is this is the right place to ask🤔 I put some decals (numbers) from Star Decals using Micro Set e Micro sol solutions but it does not convince me. How I can remove them? a new Tamiya tape is enough? the base coat is from Tamiya XF series. Many thanks for your kind help. Ciao Filippo
  16. Thank you. I found this Atak zimmerit for Panther A late. It looks good. Ciao Filippo
  17. Really in 1/72? Great work👍 I'll take as a reference for my netx British Sherman in Sicily😉. Ciao Filippo
  18. Hi All, maybe not a new question but which is the best Panther Ausf A late (or middle/late) with interiors? And which better aftermarket set for zimmerit? Many thanks Ciao Filippo

  20. Hi John, look at this https://finescale.com/~/media/import/files/pdf/9/c/0/tips_for_scales.pdf HTH Ciao Filippo
  21. Very nice and stimulating work! El Alamein afv's are always interesting to me A q: in which ratio do you use Outlaw Bourbon as a thinner?😄. Ciao Filippo
  22. Thank you Kingsman, you’re right! Sicilian streets were very narrow👍. Thank you Tim. It sems that Marshall book is very rare😫 Ciao Filippo
  23. Hi All, the model looks to me very interesting but I have two questions: - where can I find resinn wheels? - scammell pioneer sv/2s could tow it? Many thanks Ciao Filippo
