  2. Nice! Try to use a very fine sand paper over decals. It could reduce the silvering effect πŸ˜‰. Ciao Filippo

  7. Thank you John! Echen and Stef, thank you. In effect the visor mount had to be secured in some way to the hatch. Screws or bolts. Maybe recessed screws is a better option. Ciao Filippo

  10. More wip: - some improvements on driver hatch using Aber pe parts and tamiya epoxy putty for weld lines; - general improvements on engine deck using Aber pe parts - improvements on rear light Hope you like. A q: I found many difficulties to glue thin parts on driver hatch. The strong Ca glue hold leave some bad eccess. I was thinking to use debonder to remove the eccess but I fear that this process will weaken the joint. Any advice? Many thanks Ciao Filippo
  11. Wow! This is the proof no need for a ultimate superdetailed kit from 50/60 euro and over (plus photoetched parts, metal tracks and aluminium barrel and resin here and there) to make an excellent model. Top hat🀩 Ciao Filippo
  12. H All. Here some more wip pics. Just a little progress, anyway. I made a new tool box as I want to show it open: have the Aber set but I preferred to built with plastic card A new air grille as previous was too little. The completed rear access door. As usual, feel free any comments. Ciao Filippo

  17. Hi All. RyeField Model Sturmtiger no 5012 is full interior while RFM Sturmtiger no 5035 seems to have a full detailed compartment. So which are the differences? A full detailed engine compart in 5012? Many thanks for your kind help. Ciao Filippo

  20. Hi MD, look at you private message room πŸ˜‰. Ciao F
  21. Stunning work. I love flak carrier! I always wonder the benefit of the two "wings" on top drive compartment πŸ€”. Ciao Filippo
  22. Well done MD, KH book is not cheap but it is a mine of pics. The colour drawing interest me is that with the caption β€œSchwere Panzerjager-Kompanie 614 Berlin April 1945” and is better than Tamiya manual. That representing Elefant no. 102 is very nice even if it is a very pale two tone camo (only green no redbrown). If I'll built another one I made Ferdinand no 131 at Orel july 1943 during Zitadelle with a large white squared recognition panel with a red cross!πŸ˜‡ All my best and stay tuned! ciao Filippo
