  2. Saw this review and thought that some here would like it.
  3. How about a paper model for the building? It is 1/32nd though, so some resizing would be needed. Website is German but most browsers have a translate function. https://carrera4fun.de/4_gebaeude/McCafe2.htm Edit: Not an exact match, but perhaps close enough? Or this looks closer. It is HO scale, so resizing a bit. Maybe you can print out the files on paper and transfer them to sheet plastic? Just leave the roof fries off. https://www.thingiverse.com/thing:4938322
  4. Very cool patch. No idea what the company is like . https://bomberpatches.com/products/b-21-raider-combined-test-force?variant=44364032835887
  5. Caution for noise. There is a thumping sound? https://twitter.com/ShorealoneFilms/status/1722993343485866184 https://www.thedrive.com/the-war-zone/b-21-raider-has-flown-for-the-first-time
  6. A-10 loadouts at an undisclosed base in the mid east https://www.thedrive.com/the-war-zone/a-10s-brandish-intriguing-mix-of-weapons-in-middle-east
  7. Very nice video. Links to the d/l in video description Thanks to VSN and all the moders.
  8. I like the A-10, but it is long in the tooth and anti air is advancing and I doubt the A-10 could survive in a non permissive air environment. It seems like most times these days that you roll the what to develop next dice it comes up drones. As I mentioned in my first post, what has changed for the F-35 since that test, and what is available now in ordnance that it can carry? Has anything good been added to the A-10 list of weapons? Hopefully long range. I was reading about the GLSDB, and I feel that we will see more of that rather than risk a pilot/aircraft possible being exposed to a next gen SAM system. How many GLSDB do you need to get to the SAM control?
  9. Looks to be a release of a redacted report. Plus what has changed since that fly off? https://www.thedrive.com/the-war-zone/a-10-vs-f-35-close-air-support-flyoff-report-finally-emerges
  10. Fully loaded F-35 here https://uk.news.yahoo.com/royal-navy-hms-prince-wales-113039115.html?guccounter=1
  11. 2 videos from reddit. Looks like the crew did an excellent job. https://www.reddit.com/r/aviation/comments/170x0tl/another_view_of_the_fedex_757_belly_landing_from/ Another closer https://www.reddit.com/r/aviation/comments/170ya1a/and_one_more_view_of_the_fedex_plane_belly_landing/
  12. Major Wolfe does a great job displaying the F-35.
  13. None are mine, I just enjoyed these. Sorry if already posted. Mark von Raesfeld photo https://www.reddit.com/r/BeAmazed/comments/16y44sb/this_f22_raptor_by_mark_von_raesfeld_captured/ Very cool close up slow mo popping flares. According to the op, filmed hand held. https://www.instagram.com/p/Cx1y-SzLQNi/ Nice video
  14. My condolences . They look good but that price is a bit rich for me.
  15. From the 86 anime. This is a spoiler if you watch it. What do you get if you cross a B-2(sort of) and an Ekranoplan? You get the XC-1 Nachzehrer. You can use it to drop assets during very low altitude penetration missions. https://86-eighty-six.fandom.com/wiki/XC-1_Nachzehrer Sorry about the sound quality here, but it will give you the idea. Skip to 1:17 if you just want to see the bird. Though the launch scene is good. I stop watching after 2:00. Finally you can watch 86 on Crunchyroll. I believe that you can watch these free? https://www.crunchyroll.com/series/GVDHX8DM5/86-eighty-six
  16. Cool interview snippet with Ivanna Sakhno on her first lightsaber.
  17. Well, I hope that we get figures of the Night Troopers I think they are called, and that the show gets a 2nd season. I think that it can get better as the cast gets used to their roles. I also read that Temuera Morrison is getting the role of Rex in an upcoming series. I think he will be great for it, and I hope the writing/direction work better for him. I wonder how many modellers will try to build a patched up ship, If they aren't already?
  18. This was neat. They stabilized the camera somehow so that it showed changes in the track surface at Suzuka. It's Hamilton in the #44. And yes, you have to click on the watch on YT link.
  19. Baylan: https://hasbropulse.com/products/star-wars-the-black-series-baylan-skoll RIP Mr. Stevenson. Great job with the character. I hope that he got to see the figure. I still remember how happy Ming Na Wen was with her Star Wars lego figure. Shin: https://hasbropulse.com/products/star-wars-the-black-series-shin-hati I think that the actress playing Shin is doing a good job.
  20. The FAA has determined that the issues are not immediate safety issues. I've skipped it to 7:14. I remembered JAL Flight 123(RIP) with the second issue. I just hope whoever does those fixes gets them perfect. And then we have the P&W engine fun with the GTF engine. Sigh. I know mistakes happen and I hope that all the fixes are identified and done correctly . 22. F-35 https://theaviationist.com/2023/09/21/norwegian-f-35-finland-road-base/ A few pics here https://www.reddit.com/r/aviation/comments/16ol2uk/norwegian_f35a_performing_dispersed_air_operation/ Anyone make a Finnish refuelling truck in the right scale? OK I am assuming that's a Finnish truck. Typhoon https://theaviationist.com/2023/09/20/raf-typhoon-finnish-road-strip/
  23. Debris field found. https://www.thedrive.com/the-war-zone/f-35-debris-found-in-field-after-frantic-search-for-missing-jet
  24. That would raise some eyebrows with the judges at a modelling competition. Save that picture. How would you replicate that on a scale model?
