Hi all does anyone know if i would be able to get a set of 1/24 Stuka plans from Hornby like you used to be able to get from Rita at Airfix.As i brought an Airfix 1/24 Ju-87B 2 Stuka for £5 yesterday and the only thing wrong with the kit was no plans and the decals have suffered from the damp.Im going to ring Hornby tomorrow but if anyone has had previous deallings with them and could let me know if im wasting my time then i would be most appreciative of your help. Hi all well here is some progress on the JUG,Lampie i have had a test fit of the landing gear and your right its a bit p...ed or to put it another way the toes face inwards.As for the flaps well i had no problem with them accept they where a bit of a tight fit,but i did chop the ugly looking chunks off the base of them don't know what they where all about. Lookin good Nige,im doing this kit and keep comming accross faults,had to do some considerable scratch building and cutting about of the kit just to line things up.Keep going would be interested to see this one finished. Clive.

Hi all just an update to show you all what she looks like at the mo.Cockpit nearly done just the hud glass and she's a gooden,the exhaust manifolds are being rebuilt so when they are done thats pretty much it for the engine.As for the next thing its the wheel wells bringing them to life as the kit portrays a pretty flat image. thats all for now folks see yer. Hi all well after hours of work finally done the panel to the cockpit so here it is. Just the finishing touches to do now and its all done in here. Clive.

Looking good,but may i ask why the light grey roof,is it something to do with the aerials on top.Liked your other Nimrod aswell,i got one but can not find any pictures of the grey one in the kit so its all on hold. Clive.

Mike her name is Tori Praver. Hi Mentalguru i have never thought about a class on weathering and detail painting as i never thought that i was that goodto be up there with the best of them not that i have ever rated myself and still don't.I'll chuck some more pic's on later of her. Clive.

Hi all slow progress but here is a look at the cockpit as it is at the mo,still awaiting the instruments but getting on with other things. Homemade joy stick as i lost the kit one,my camera is in the menders at the mo so phone pic's only. Clive.

Hi chaps i've not been on here for a while,and so thought i would post what i have been doing.Its that big P-47 from VFS,gee's its a lot a work to get things looking good.First off is the radial engine,when you dry fit the whole thing nothing lines up so you have to forget the plans and cut all the locating lugs from the thing and do your best,as you can see by the out of sink exhaust manifolds at the rear of the engine,the rest im still making as you virtually have to destroy all the curvy parts.So here goes on with the pic's. Next is the cockpit,but thats not quite finished as of yet im awaiting some instruments for the thing. Enjoy Clive.

Hi all can anyone help me out here,you see i would like to put some different wheels on my Mustang and because im not a model car person i have no idea as to where i would find such accessories so if any of you know of some web sites i would be most greatful. Clive.

The Revell 1/32nd Typhoon is a new kit and not a remould of the earlier kit some years ago.I shall look foward to this one i must say.Rollon October.

Is the kit in the above boxing or is it this boxing below. Im a bit confused with all these different codes for the kit,the one in the above boxing is a four bladed prop and the one Matt has done is a three bladed prop.I looked in my local modelzone but there was no sign of this kit as for hannants they just advertise the tropical one and the first mk1a,looks like im going to have trouble getting this kit.

Hi all has anyone come across this its advertised as a new kit for this year and is for sale on the emodels.co.uk web page.I ask because Hannants does not show the kit at all,it looks like it will be a good kit,personally im not into WW2 but i do like a spitfire.

Hi all im new to this tank building stuff as most of you know im used to building model aircraft.So here goes,i will just say i know nothing about TANKS at all.these are my first attempts and i have enjoyed making them,they are straight from there boxes.I will post some better shots of them when i get outside if it ever stops raining. Cheers Colin,the decals look very suspect so i am opting for the paint on stripes with the old trusty airbrush.I have searched on google images and the net itself but no reference pic's at all not even in the usual places i use. Clive.
