Hi Peter Nice start to your kit mate. I've had the same problem with mine and I hope you have a better time than me, as mines still on the unfinished shelf and has been for the last four years. I bought mine from Hannants and they said I had to get intouch with pocket bond, well I've had a set of decals aswell on hold for even longer as pocket bond don't seem to be interested in getting spares as there's no money in it. I'm well peed off as the harrier is unfinished and I have a 32 nod F-14D that now I have to purchase more decals for, who's to blame for this non duty of care well I hope you get more luck.

How do chadders Im looking for the stencil placement part of the plans because Airfix sent me the new decals from the new GR3 boxing. The numbers on the new decal sheet don't correspond with the old stencil plan I have, so if your plans are from the new boxing then yes that's what im looking for. I had a look at the link you sent us and the pictures don't expand enough to see them clearly there a tadd to small but you have by the looks of it the old plans to the old kit. Clive

Hi all I wonder if someone can help me, I have an old boxing 1/24 Airfix GR3 Harrier and the decals are pants. So I got intouch with Airfix and they sent me a new set of decals, but they are from the new boxing Harrier GR3 and the numbers on the new decals don't correspond with the old kit decal plans. So has anyone got the new boxing of the 1/24 Airfix harrier GR3 if so could they scan me a copy of the plans that show the placing of the stencils on the aircraft, if you can then I would be most grateful. Hi all today I brought a Hobby Boss German Leopard MBT and the Israeli Merkava IV MBT, very nice tanks but upon opening the boxes I found that the hull axles did not inline they are staggered is this a big mistake on the part of HB or are they staggered axles. Not being an armour man and I just fancied a change it seems a bit odd to me but I could be wrong, any help would be most appreciated. Cheers Clive.

I had the privalege of seeing two of these beasts buzz our base on an execise was a sight to remember I can tell you. Hi all happy new year to you all. Can any of you help me out here, I have a Tamiya 1/32 F-15E Strike Eagle that I started some years ago. But due to two moves I have not touched it till just recently, my question for help is the two instrument coamings are missing from the box among other things the weapons are not there either, but I'm not to bothered by those as I have other 32nd kits with weapons in them i can use. So I'm wondering if any of you have the F-15E kit and are going to use an after market cockpit an will not be needing the front and rear instrument coamings from the original Tamiya kit. you can see here from the picture what pieces I need. The RN Lynx is due in January 2013 and has the Black Cat markings in the kit very nice.

Hi Andy this bird is comming along nicely, but can you tell me are there any of the corrections you have made in this build so far going to have an effect on future releases of this large kit. I would like one but I don't want to buy one just yet as if there are going to be corrections made I'd rather leave it till then. I'm a little peaved I didn't get to go to Telford as I was not allowed the time off yet work wasn't that busy ''thats airports for you'' but from the picture she looks the biz. Cheers Clive

Hi this has gone on the back burner for the meantime, I've had a problem with the decals and now I'm looking for an alternative airline or a solution to the problem I have. I may paint the Emirates emblem on the tail but I'm going to try the large Emirates decal that goes on the fuzz first, if that cracks up then I'm going to have to do another airline and chuck the Fdcal decals in the bin. Mark do you operate from Gatwick as that would be the place I would of fuelled your bird, as before I worked at Heathrow for eight years. Clive Happy Haloween everyone

Thanks Chris I never wanted any fuss, I had no problem with the service I got when I ordered the decals it was afterwards when I got in contact with him and he promised a new set of decals to be posted the next day. Well they never arrived and so after two weeks of waiting I emailed him then I went on holiday and emailed him again before I left. After being away for a week I got home to find no replies to my emails and still no replacement set of decals, I then emailed him again and posted on here to see if anyone else had experianced the same thing to which it promted him into action, he then emailed me stating that I had given him a bad reputation by showing the emails he sent me on this forum. I was concerned for at that point I was in the dark as he hadn't been in touch so how was I to know where at this point it was all going to end. He eventually replied again stating that a full refund and a replacement decal set was in the post and would be with me by the end of the week. Well that never quite happened I got my refund but he then sent another email stating that no matter what he did I would not be happy with his decision and so he signed off, and that was that. Now I'm only speaking from MY personal experience and if I choose to share it with an audiance then thats my choice, but I'm not in any way nor have I bad mouthed him or his company, all I've said is that he has in MY CASE not been too good on the customer service front he made empty promises and in my opinion he never was going to send out a replacement set of decals, now you make your own minds up and remember I was a FIRST TIME CUSTOMER I had never used him before and had not even heard of him up until he got recomended to me and now I will never use him again. I am only speaking for myself and my unfortunate experience with this man its a shame he took things the wrong way and I regret dealing with him.
