    Try cutting the masts at the weak spots and inserting some brass rod. I made this kit as a teenager and remember that the problem will only get worse as you try to rig the thing. Martin

    The old Airfix Whirlwind helicopter which my uncle bought me when I was five. Like everybody else I suspect there was more glue than plastic visible but I was proud of it and never looked back. Martin
